The BionicMessage.net Funambol GroupDAV connector provides sync capability with a wide range of devices which support SyncML, either via SyncML-over-HTTP or with a range of connector clients, such as Microsoft Outlook, Windows Mobile/Smartphone, PalmOS and even iPods.
In conjunction with a Windows Mobile phone device and Citadel, it can be used as part of a low cost, open source PIM and Email system.
The latest release is 2.0 for Funambol v6.5. It is highly recommended that it be used within the GroupWare sync server for enhanced client support.
You can also download the previous Service Release 1 for Funambol 5.0.
Information about SR1 can be found in a mailing list post to the GroupDAV list.
I provide remote installation services for a low $19USD for "known-working" installations, i.e where the clients will be Palm Synthesis and Windows Mobile, with Citadel. Contact me if you require complete "packages" (Citadel+Funambol etc.) or any other indepth intergration work.
Funambol has been proven to work with a wide variety of devices. Current connector development focuses on supporting the Funambol client for Windows Mobile and Synthesis for Palm OS. Symbian S60 clients are also used in production.
The connector is developed against Citadel, with OpenGroupware and USA.net working.
Everything coded in Australia from local and imported code
